Return Policy

Most items may be exchanged or returned for store credit with your digital/text receipt as long as the following requirements are met*

In Store Purchases: Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with tags still attached and without odor. We reserve the right to refuse store credit if the items do not meet these requirements and/or if receipt is not present. We do have dressing rooms available to try on items to ensure you are happy with the items prior to purchasing.

The month of December the return window is extended to January 6th for online and in-store purchases. Online purchases made in the month of December will still be required to cover shipping costs and must be in transit by January 6th.


Online Purchases: If shipped, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns may be accepted within 14 days of the date the package was delivered. Package containing the return must be delivered back to the store no later than the 14th day. We reserve the right to refuse store credit if the items do not meet these requirements and/or if package is not received in said timeframe. In this case, the customer will be charged for shipping to return item back that does not qualify.

Pre-Order items: within 7 days you have the option to exchange for a different size, if the item is in stock. Otherwise pre-orders are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for merchandise credit or full refund. 

*Final Sale items include: Jewelry, Hats, Glasses, Candle, Sale/Clearance Items, and Swimwear

Defective Purchases:  

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at shopskyesoblue@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures.
